Dr. James H. Johnson Jr. is the William R. Kenan Jr. Distinguished Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and director of the Urban Investment Strategies Center. Based at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School, Dr. Johnson is a well-published author and received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University, his M.S. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and his B.S. from North Carolina Central University. His interest, research and knowledge of the effects of demographic changes on the U.S. workplace, diversity and urban public policy give him a deep and meaningful perspective to share with leaders and others responsible for extraordinary results through talent management. Robert "Bob" Brotherton is the director of Enterprise Talent Management at Lowe's Home Improvement in Mooresville, N.C. He has more than 18 years of experience in financial services, retail and technology organizations with various leadership roles. Bob's expertise includes succession management, performance management, leadership and organizational development. Other specialties are selection and assessment, along with competency modeling and application where he is committed to keeping solutions intuitive for business leaders. Bob holds a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from UNCC and a bachelor's degree from West Virginia University. He is a past member of the Council of Talent Management Executives of the Conference Board. |

Vonda Huss is the executive vice president and head of Human Resources for Wealth, Brokerage and Retirement Services (WBR) for Wells Fargo. Ms. Huss leads human capital strategy, HR consulting, leadership development and core HR products and services. Based in Charlotte, she leads a team of 200 HR managers and professionals worldwide. The WBR HR group's primary focus is to provide integrated human resource solutions to acquire, develop, engage and retain skilled, knowledgeable and diverse talent who are aligned to execute WBR business strategies. Ms. Huss has extensive human resources experience and spent 22 years at Wells Fargo in leadership roles in community banking, learning and leadership. |

Mary Vickers-Koch is the dean of the Harris Campus and Business and Industry Learning at CPCC. She leads the continuing education programs that include leadership, management, professional development, computer, financial services, small business and entrepreneurship, economic development programs, and the Corporate Learning Center. Mary is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and holds an MBA from the Babcock School, Wake Forest University and is a past recipient of the “Women of Distinction” Award, awarded by Business Leader Media. |
| Michelle Miller is the executive director of Corporate Learning and Economic Recruitment. She leads the teams that connect business and industry to the training resources of the college. Michelle is a graduate of West Virginia University-Parkersburg with a degree in business administration. | |

Dr. Tony Zeiss is the third president of CPCC, the largest community college in North Carolina. During his 20-year career at CPCC, Dr. Zeiss has grown the College from one campus to six, expanding the institution’s operating budget from $47.6 million to more than $176 million a year. Dr. Zeiss holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Indiana State University and a doctorate in community college administration from Nova Southeastern University. |

Dr. Dana McDonald is an executive director focusing on workplace learning and CPCC's Re-Careering Services Center on Harris Campus. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University and holds a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Maryland. |
