How We Work

Our corporate learning team wants to know more about your organization and the current challenges. From an overview of your operations, we'll look for learning opportunities to address knowledge and skills gaps that will drive business results. Our assessment process can be as simple as a conversation or we can dig deeper by using employee assessments and surveys, depending on your needs. We’ll help you identify stakeholders, work groups and skill gaps so we can recommend and develop solutions. 

You have flexibility when with us. Training can be delivered on a schedule that suits your demands, either on site at your facility or at one of CPCC’s six campus locations or the Ballantyne Center. Once training occurs, we are available to follow up and support your initiatives because we want to be your corporate learning partner.
