How We Work

Our team of corporate learning advisors, program developers and instructors want to know more about your organization and the current challenges you face.  We’ll sit down with you to get an overview of your operation and ask questions to assess your current state. Our needs assessment process can be as simple as a conversation or we can dig deeper by utilizing employee assessments and surveys, depending on your specific needs. We’ll help you identify stakeholders, work groups and skill gaps so we can recommend and develop a variety of solutions to help you address your challenges. 

You have flexibility when working with us. Training can be delivered on a schedule that suits your business’ demands – we can perform training sessions on site at your facility or at one of CPCC’s six campus locations.  Once training occurs, we are available to follow up and support your initiatives because we want to be your corporate learning partner.
