About the Corporate Learning Center

The CPCC Corporate Learning Center serves the learning and development needs of businesses and organizations. We continually enhance our broad portfolio of courses and programs to respond to what businesses describe as organizational effectiveness needs. To better create and deliver programs that are responsive to industry needs, the Corporate Learning Center gets input from multiple advisory committees made up of industry leaders.

The Corporate Learning Center has three tracks to deliver quality, learning programs, customized to your specific talent management needs.

  1. Training and Development – From process improvement to leadership or technical skills, CPCC offers hundreds of courses, many leading to industry-recognized credentials. The Corporate Learning Center can customize these programs to meet your needs.

  2. Organizational Effectiveness Programs – Rely on the Corporate Learning Center to help your company build a solid learning strategy to address critical issues. Successful learning programs often require change management, succession planning and team building.

  3. Workplace Learning – Leverage the strength of the entire College by working with us to place students into your environments as they experience innovative models of hands-on learning, including apprenticeships and co-ops (internships).

 

The Corporate Learning Center listens to you. We want to understand the specific needs of your business, including whether you want to use needs assessment tools. Then, we will customize the training and give you the option of having the training delivered at your site or at our state-of-the art Corporate Training and Conference Center at CPCC's Harris Campus.
