Welcome to Central Piedmont Community College’s Resources for Changing Careers website. On this site we have pulled together a wealth of resources to help you navigate through these challenging and difficult times.  

On the links to the left, you will find valuable information about jobs with anticipated demand and the corresponding CPCC degrees, certificates, diplomas, or non-credit training programs that can be completed within 15-18 months and will help you acquire the skills you may need in a new profession.  We have also listed a number of community resources, including some that may provide financial assistance to help you as you transition careers. 

For employers and business owners, CPCC is also available to assist with customized training to help you retain a competitive workforce or with outplacement services should you need to engage in workforce reduction.
