CPCC's Green Awards!
Recent recognition for CPCC through college wide efforts coordinated by the Center for Sustainability.
CPCC is awarded "Catalyst" in the 2009 Sustainable North Carolina Awards!
CPCC was recently selected as one of the 2008 Non-profit Educational Programs of the Year by the Charlotte Buisness Journal.
About 900 area business leaders, organizations, city & county officials and other community leaders gathered at the Charlotte Convention Center as a few key organizations were recognized for thier green efforts over the past year. Dr. Rod Townley accepted the award for the college.
Central Piedmont Community College was the only college awarded in the category of "Non-Profit Educational Program"
