Introduction to Tai Chi

Learn the fundamental principles that are the foundation of Tai Chi.Tai Chi is a gentle art form, practiced for thousands of years, that conditions both mind and body. Students will be guided by one of the area’s leading instructors in traditional Tai Chi exercises, including form movements, breathing exercises, and the basics of Chi Gong, as it relates to Tai Chi.
