Advanced Tai Chi

Participants will refine the fundamental principles that are the foundation of Tai Chi. Students will be provided with the opportunity to learn and practice traditional Tai Chi exercises, including movement sets, advanced breathing exercises, meditation techniques, internal Chi Gong practices and practical application of Tai Chi principles. REC 8860 or Instructor Approval required.
