Belly dancing is a fun way to exercise and celebrate the human form in all shapes and sizes. You'll stay fit by strengthening core muscles to create smooth, undulating movements and control individual parts of the body in the abdomen, pelvis and spine for greater fitness and flexibility.
Wear a comfortable, stretchy top and pants to class so that you can move easily. You will dance in bare feet. If your feet are sensitive, wear soft sole dance slippers.
