Combine nine weeks of intense training and testing to help you safely and effectively lead a group exercise class. Topics include music, choreography, safety, as well as cardiovascular, muscular and flexibility health. Practical labs will expand skill development for functional training, circuit, boot camp, dance, step, kickboxing, as well as other popular methods.
