About Me
:
Having been an amateur astronomer for decades,  I am active in our local community teaching astronomy at schools, to scout groups and other organizations.  I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others and my goal is for students to get as enthusiastic about the wonder of the night skies as I am, learning something new in the process.



Career Accomplishments:

  • Bachelor of Arts in Film/Video Production from Columbia College, Chicago, IL, and have made several short films
  • Publish an automotive magazine that covers both Carolinas
  • Vice-President of the Charlotte Amateur Astronomers Club

 

Affiliations/Recognitions:

  • Member of the Charlotte Amateur Astronomers Club, National Audubon Society and service in various local charities and organizations
