About me: Cartooning is a fun hobby and I enjoy seeing others enjoy the cards and gifts I make for them. Helping others learn cartooning multiplies the enjoyment. I specialize in working with multi-media including greeting cards, creative business cards and personalized gifts.

Experience in your field: Cartooning is really a sideline for me, but I illustrated parts of my textbook “Graphic Arts Problem Solving” and I had a short stint as regular cartoonist in a print trade publication. My main experience comes from drawing several thousand birthday cards for friends and colleagues.

Additional areas of interest: I am a printer by trade and graphic arts instructor by profession. Currently retired, I keep bees, garden and raise blueberries, make wine and preserve food.
