Thai Vegetarian

 

Thai food is described as many layers of different flavors that come together to create an interesting taste sensation. Some of the ingredients in the Thai diet are lemongrass, galangal, Thai lime (known as kaffir-lime) leaves, ginger, mint and garlic; these are among the most commonly used for flavoring Thai meals. In this course, the instructor will make curry pastes, exotic soups and salads as well as the much-enjoyed pad thai (Thai noodles). As an added bonus, you will take home a Charlotte Cooks recipe booklet.
