Basic Chinese Cooking
Americans have fallen in love with the flavors of Mexican food. In this course, leave behind the traditional tacos and burritos and feast on tasty favorites of our chef, Lucia Rojas. Our southern neighbor has sumptuous ingredients that you will learn to use in everyday cooking. As a bonus, you will take home a Charlotte Cooks recipe booklet. This class is full for spring semester.
