The Art of Grilling

You will never overcook a steak again. In our most popular course, our Charlotte Cooks chef instructor will teach you the basics of grilling foods, including direct and indirect heat methods, choosing cuts of meat and adding marinades and flavor with a variety of spices. You’ll learn to select the proper equipment and fuels for your budget. We’ll introduce techniques as well as several delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes for year-round grilling.
