In this 4-hour course, you'll learn how to select, sharpen, care for and properly use an assortment of kitchen knives. We'll cover and practice many useful knife techniques, including mincing, shopping, dicing, brunoise, julienne, and chiffonade. This class is hands on, so students need to bring two knives- a chef's knife and a paring knife.
