Fruit and Vegetable Carving

In this 4-hour course, we say it’s okay to play with your food!  Our chef instructor will illustrate and discuss cutting techniques using a variety of knives for fruits and vegetables. Students will learn methods to garnish a finished dish. This hands-on class will provide new knife skills that you can use to create simple yet decorative carvings
