Whether you entertain two or twenty, you need a selection of easy and impressive small appetizers. Delicious appetizers can be served at a friendly informal gathering or they can be a “first course” for an evening of fine dining. Our Charlotte Cooks chef instructor will walk you through recipe preparation from a variety of world cuisines; prepared simply and using minimal ingredients. Come hungry and be prepared to create and enjoy appetizers that taste as delicious as they look! As a bonus, you will take home a Charlotte Cooks recipe booklet.
