Whole Grain Bread

This anticipated whole grain bread class comes to the Charlotte Cooks bakeshop following the requests from our artisan bread baking students. Inspiration for bread baking using whole wheat flours, rye and multi-grain flours continue to grow. More people want to eat healthier, homemade products, and bread is at the top of the list. You will create a variety of hearth breads and practice hands-on techniques for mixing and kneading dough.
