Baking and Pastry Arts

Expand your skills with our qualified and talented  instructors with experience and expertise in baking and pastry arts. Start with Wilton Decorating Basics, which introduces you to the proper usage of pastry bags, plus learn to use the variety of decorating tips.

This spring join us for our two remaining baking classes:  Delightful Small Desserts Bread Baking (this class is full). Look for this class and Whole Grain Breads during fall 2014 semester.

Returning this summer are some favorite classes that filled during previous semesters:  Pizza, Pizza and More!, For the Love of French Pastries, Pie Baking Made EasyHoly Cannoli, and Designer Cupcakes.

New baking classes this summer are: Sweets from the Southern Kitchen, Delicious Frozen Desserts, and The Great Cookie Exchange.
