In this four-hour course, you'll learn how to select, sharpen, care for and properly use an assortment of kitchen knives. We'll cover and practice many useful knife techniques, including mincing, shopping, dicing, brunoise, julienne and chiffonade. This class is hands on, so you will need to bring two knives: a chef's knife and a paring knife.
