Make It With Grains

By request, this anticipated whole grain bread class comes to the Charlotte Cooks bakeshop. Inspiration for bread baking using whole wheat flours, rye and multi-grain flours continue to grow. More people want to eat healthier, homemade products, and bread is at the top of the list. You will create a variety of hearth breads and practice hands-on techniques for mixing and kneading dough.
