Mary Vickers-Koch is the dean of the Harris Campus and Business and Industry Learning at CPCC. She is responsible for most of the College's continuing education programs as well as the Corporate Learning Center. Mary is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and holds an MBA from the Babcock School, Wake Forest University. |

Lorraine Blahnik is the director of records management and customer service operations. She is a graduate of Kent State University and holds a master's from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. |

Allison Bowers is the director of Customized Training, a statewide program to train new hires and existing employees in new or expanding companies and serving manufacturers with workplace training. She has a master's from North Central University with an emphasis in training and leadership development. |

Lori Day is the executive director of the Institute for Entreprenership and leads marketing projects for Corporate and Continuing Education. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in journalism. |

Bill Dillon is an associate dean with extensive experience in plant and operations management. He focuses on process managemet, financial services and computer technology training. Bill has an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. |

Rebecca Hall an associate dean and is responsible for records management and customer service operations. She holds a degree in business administration from Appalachian State University and master's in organizational management from Pfeiffer University. |

Renee Hode is the director for the Institute for Entrepreneurship, which provides business develpment and support to entrepreneurs and existing small business owners. She serves as regional director for the N.C. Community College system Small Business Center Network. Renee is a graduate of Monmouth University with a major in business administration and a concentration in economics. |

Jill Lutz is the director of Cooperative Education, a program which connects academic students with employers for workplace learning experience. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she studied business adminstration and psychology. Jill also has a master's from SUNY-Stony Brook. |

Dana McDonald is an executive director, leading Re-Careering Services and a number of projects that support displaced professionals. Dana is also responsible for CPCC workplace learning, which includes apprenticeship and academic cooperative education. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University and holds a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Maryland. |
| Michelle Miller is the executive director of corporate learning and economic recruitment. She leads the teams that connect business and industry to the resources of the College. Michelle is a graduate of West Virginia University-Parkersburg with a degree in business adminstration. | |

Mona Rabon is the director of programming in many areas, including management, professional development, leadership and process improvement, human resources and personal enrichment She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a master's degree in education. |

Cindy Savage is the director of the Financial Services Institute, which offers licensing, continuing education credits and professional development in areas, including real estate and banking. She is a graduate of Duquesne Univeristy in Pittsburgh, PA, with a master's in adult education administration from the University of North Texas. |

Karla Shields is the director of computer technology training. She leads a team that works with companies and community partners in the alignment of fast track training to high-demand IT jobs. Karla is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in international business and marketing. |
