CPCC can help prepare you to become a teaching assistant in North Carolina schools.Our schedule of  WorkKeys assessments is available to you and is a part of the N.C. Career Readiness Certificate (CRC).

• The Department of Public Instruction website has statewide licensure information for teacher assistants, also referred to as paraprofessionals.
• Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools will have local entry requirements.
