Special Topics

This 30-hour course is one of three courses designed to assist the "provisional" real estate broker to meet the 90-hour post-licensing requirement set by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC). This course consists of a high-level of advanced instruction covering special topics, including land use controls, miscellaneous law issues, sale of undeveloped land and other special topics.
