Relationships and Responsibilities
This 30-hour course is one of three courses designed to assist the "provisional" real estate broker to meet the 90-hour post-licensing educational requirements set by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC). This course consists of a high-level of advanced instruction, covering agency relationships and duties to principlas and third-parties, working with sellers and buyers. This course also includes issues confronted when agents leave or change firms with the resulting license and education concerns.
