Contracts and Closings

This 30-hour course is one of three courses designed to assist the "provisional" real estate broker to meet the 90-hour post-licensing educational requirement set by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC). This course consists of a high-level of advanced instruction, covering contracts and closings. It will also include license status and education issues.
