Dietary Manager Certification Exam Review

Be prepared for the CDM certification exam by reviewing the material from each of three required courses - Therapeutic Nutrition, Food Systems Management and ServSafe Essentials.

The exam is offered through the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals each October and March at designated locations. Upon passing the exam, the student will have earned the title of Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM®, CFPP®).
