Dietary Manager Training Program

Become a food service manager, where you'll direct and oversee dietetic services for institutions, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, schools and more.

Our program is approved by the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP), so you'll meet established requirements in coursework that covers management, staffing, nutrition and medical nutrition therapy and food safety. Note: important course information here.

With the following three courses, you'll earn a Dietary Manager Certificate which enables you to take the national certification exam that is offered year-round.
