Dietary Manager Training Program

CPCC can train you to become a food service manager, where you'll direct and oversee dietetic services for institutions, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, schools and more.

Our program is approved by the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP), so you'll meet established requirements in coursework that covers management, staffing, nutrition and medical nutrition therapy, and food safety. For important course information click here.

With the following three courses, you'll earn the Dietary Manager Certificate that enables you to take the national certification exam that is offered year-round.

Therapeutic Nutrition begins on Thursday, August 20, 2015. Contact Amy Bowen for permission to enroll.
