Nutrition & Foodservice Professional
Become a food service manager, where you'll direct and oversee dietetic services for institutions, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, schools and more.
Our program is approved by the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP), so you'll meet established requirements in coursework that covers management, staffing, nutrition and medical nutrition therapy and food safety. Note: important course information here.
With the following three courses, you'll earn a Nutrition & Foodservice Professional Certificate.
- Medical Nutrition Therapy (Returns January 2017)
- Food Systems Management (Registration begins July 8, 2016)
