Become a food service manager, where you'll direct and oversee dietetic services for institutions, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, schools and more.

Our program is approved by the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP), so you'll meet established requirements in coursework that covers management, staffing, nutrition and medical nutrition therapy and food safety.

With the successful completion of the three courses, you will earn a Nutrition & Foodservice Professional Certificate. Graduates are eligible for the CDM credentialing exam and ANFP Professional membership.
