Fundamentals of Cake Decorating and Design
The first course is 64 hours and prepares you to operate a cake decorating and design business. The course is required as a prerequisite for the second course in the certificate.

  • Food safety and sanitation
  • Inventory control procedures
  • Cost control on food

Cake Decorating and Design
The second course is 160 hours and is a thorough hands-on course with chef demonstration. The prerequisite is HOS 8301 Fundamentals of Cake Decorating and Design.
