Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) SAFE Pre-Licensing
North Carolina requires 24 hours of pre-licensing education for initial Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) applicants. We help you meet that requirement with a 20-hour federal and a 4-hour state course, both of which are approved by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
