Prepare for a rewarding career in mortgage banking. While a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) usually works on commission and needs to be licensed, there are many other positions within mortgage lending that do not require licensure. Job titles include: loan processor, closer, underwriter or credit analyst. CPCC is an approved education provider for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
