Lean Manufacturing

Learn exactly what Lean manufacturing is all about in this fun, hands-on factory simulation. Developed by the N.C. State University Industrial Extension Service, this eight-hour workshop describes then applies Lean principles and practices - knowledge you can use immediately in your organization to reduce waste and remove non-value-added activities. This course  has no pre-requisites and is particularly relevant to front-line supervisors, hourly production employees, and work teams.
