Navigating Difficult Emotions
Too often, we feel difficult emotions and want to push them away; we pretend they don’t exist. What may happen, however, is that we express such emotions through behaviors, including compulsions, the need to control circumstances and people or other unhealthy actions. This four-week class gives you the tools to navigate the rough waters of difficult emotions – anger, sadness, fear and shame.
