What hours are you open?

  • The Cashiering office hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. See a list of our locations on each campus.
  • The Cashiering office will have extended hours for fall 2018 from August 13 to August 24. During these weeks, the Cashiering office's hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Normal hours of operation will resume August 27, 2018.

Do you have a payment plan?

Do you issue refunds back on a credit card?

  • Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for payment. All other curriculum students will receive refunds via BankMobile. All other CCE students will be refunded via check.

How do I get a refund for classes I dropped/canceled?

  • All CCE students will receive refunds via credit card or check mailed to the address on file.
  • All curriculum students will be issued refunds to credit cards or the BankMobile debit card.

What is BankMobile?

  • CPCC has partnered with BankMobile to deliver refunds. You will select your refund preference using your personal code which will arrive in your Refund Selection Kit. This kit will be sent in a bright green envelope to your address on file with CPCC.

Will I receive a statement indicating the amount owed for classes?

  • Only statements for PRE-FALL REGISTRATION will be emailed. Payment dates vary by semester and are posted online. View payment due dates.

I owe a prior balance. Can I obtain a transcript?

  • All outstanding balances must be paid before registering or withdrawing for any term. In addition, no college transcripts or diplomas will be released until all balances are paid in full.

Where / how do I pay?

  • The accepted forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, check or money order.  You may pay in person at any campus cashiering office.  You may also pay online by logging into

Where can I obtain an estimated cost of tuition?

  • The estimated cost of tuition for both in-state and out-of-state students can be located at any CPCC cashiering office. Please note that amounts listed are estimates only and fees may vary based on actual courses.
