Office Move/Relocation (current employee):

NOTE: All forms to be completed by the employee's immediate supervisor, or the department assistant.

3-4 Weeks Before Move

Step 1: Locate Office Space

a.  To identify a location contact your Campus Dean/Director of Campus Administration

b.  Once the space has been identified, review the space to ensure that it meets the college standard

Step 4: Order Boxes

a.  Send an email to requesting as many boxes as you need, specifying where they should be delivered and whom they should contact

2-3 Weeks Before Move

Step 5: Discuss start date for move and set date for services

a.  Facilities Services

i. Facilities will coordinate with all other departments necessary for this move


1-2 Weeks Before Move

Step 6: Pick up keys

a. Call the Maintenance Help Desk (x6000) to confirm that your keys are ready for pickup, and to schedule a pickup time

b. The contact from the form will be notified by Facilities Services via email/phone once the keys are ready

c. Keys may be signed for ONLY by the individual they keys are being assigned to


Moving Day

Step 7: Inspect office area and note any damages/issues

Step 8: Pick up keys if not done yet

Step 9: Breakdown any boxes used during the move and notify CPCC Maintenance ( to schedule a pickup
