The BeWell program supports a healthy lifestyle by collaborating with departments and services across the college and at each campus location to provide the following opportunities:

  • One Mile Walking Trails at each campus location
  • CPR training and certification
  • Desk and office exercises; easy as 1, 2, 3
  • Employee Heatlh & Fitness Day
  • Free dance/fitness exercise classes
  • Health and Fitness lunch & learns
  • Levine & North campus fitness centers for faculty, staff, and students
  • Stress reduction workshops
  • Work/life balance seminars
  • Yoga classes
