The BeWell program supports a healthy lifestyle by collaborating with departments and services across the college and at each campus location to provide the following opportunities:
- One Mile Walking Trails at each campus location
- CPR training and certification
- Desk and office exercises; easy as 1, 2, 3
- Employee Heatlh & Fitness Day
- Free dance/fitness exercise classes
- Health and Fitness lunch & learns
- Levine & North campus fitness centers for faculty, staff, and students
- Stress reduction workshops
- Work/life balance seminars
- Yoga classes
