Walk the Walk: One Mile Campus Walking Trails

Walk the Walk

It is well known that walking is one of the best, easiest and cheapest things that anyone can do to reduce health risk factors and at the same time reduce stress. The BeWell committee and the Human Resources department in collaboration with the American Heart Association and Thorlo Socks are hosting “Walk the Walk” an employee walking campaign to promote worksite wellness and healthier lifestyles. Walk the Walk participants will complete a survey, receive a pedometer and access the American Heart Association activity logs as a means to collect data on their daily walking regimes.
