Be Well! Mission
The mission of our Be Well program is to provide the college community with wellness opportunities that support their desire to make healthy lifestyle choices through a multifaceted program: a) education, b) physical activities, c) nutrition workshops, and d) opportunities within the Charlotte community.
The program accomplishes this purpose by collaborating with departments and services across the college and at each campus location.

- Eat Smart nutrition workshops
- Desk and office exercises; easy as 1, 2, 3
- Central & Levine fitness centers for faculty, staff, and students
- Health & Safety activities
- "Move More" campus activities
- Stress reduction workshops
