Major Findings of Data Analysis:
Low completion rates overall with incomplete data on why students are non-completers. The ATD Fall 2007 Cohort included 5,198 students of which 1,588 completed by Summer 2010.

- How many courses did you complete online?
- Did you have a mentor?
- When did you register, at what point in the registration process?
- If you ran into a full class, what did you do?
- Did you go to an advisor, who did the majority of your advising?
- Did you know about most of the services that CPCC offers? If so, how did you find out about these services?
- Which services did you use?
- Did you take any breaks? If so, why did you return?
- At which campus did you take the bulk of your classes?
Non-Completers:
- We would like more specifics on the reasons listed for not reaching their goal. For example, what do family and personal issues mean to you?
- Did anyone contact you when you did not return? If yes, who?
