Major Findings of Data Analysis:

56% of students (2864) were not retained from Fall 2007 to Fall 2008 semester across all students. Why do we lose such a large percentage?

Other Information Regarding the Decision Making Process:

We need to look at course completion (schedules) for non-retained students for Fall 07 and Spring ‘08.

Suggested Qualitative Data Needed:

1.      Phone Survey of 2864 non-retained students.

2.      Focus Group of Fall 2009 to Fall 2010 students (Non-retained)

Resulting Priority:

Increase Fall to Fall student Retention.
