Performing Arts

Our CPCC Theatre, Opera Theatre and Summer Theatre troupes perform a variety of popular productions throughout the year in our state-of-the-art facilities. Summer Theatre

As Charlotte’s only professional summer stock theatre company, our summer theatre troupe brings quality Broadway entertainment - at an affordable price - to Charlotte residents each summer. Past productions have included “My Fair Lady,” “The Producers” and “Guys and Dolls.”

Opera Theatre

Each year, CPCC Opera Theatre presents two productions, exposing local residents to the region’s best operatic talent, while enriching the social and cultural life of Charlotte-Mecklenburg.

Dance

We offer a broad spectrum of personal enrichment classes that focus on a variety of dance forms such as swing, shag and others.

Music

We have music classes for everyone, including local residents looking for non-credit classes where they may learn a new instrument, participate in a choral ensemble and more.
