Apprenticeship Charlotte

Apprenticeship Charlotte is CPCC's innovative effort to connect talented students to local employers. By combining classroom and workplace learning, both the employers and selected students share a valuable experience that produces immediate results.

PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANTS: If you're serious about jump-starting your career, becoming an apprentice through CPCC can reward you in many ways. Other than the obvious value of work experience, you may work your way into a permanent position. You'll also be earning wages, and in some cases get tuition and fees covered. If you’re interested in learning more about apprenticeships, email workplace.learning@cpcc.edu.

COMPANIES: Apprenticeship Charlotte is a resource that can create workforce training solutions for your company, successfully build talent pipelines, provide your business with assistance in identifying candidate pools, screening candidates, developing specific courses and learning modules, and more. Apprenticeship Charlotte is modeled after Apprenticeship 2000, a longtime CPCC partner and four-year technical training apprenticeship program in the Charlotte area.
