CPCC’s Harper Campus to offer summer classes in technical trades, home improvement

Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) is proud to announce that its Harper Campus will once again offer Summer Institute classes, May 16 - July 14, 2009, to Charlotte residents. Individuals seeking to learn a new skill, pursue a career change or advance their career are encouraged to enroll.
Harper Campus’ Summer Institute boasts a variety of high-demand, curriculum courses that explore such technical trade fields as welding, masonry, construction, advertising and graphic design, graphic arts and non-destructive examination.
The College is also offering short-term non-credit classes in ceramic title installation, light carpentry and deck building for community members interested in saving time and money by completing their own home improvement projects.
