CPCC to offer food safety class in Spanish November 16 and 17

Spanish-speaking individuals receive ServeSafeā„¢ Essentials training

WHAT: To meet the needs of a growing number of Spanish speaking employees in the food service industry, Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) will begin offering a food safety class taught in Spanish. The course, “ServSafe™ Essentials in Spanish,” is a two-day, 16-hour course.

For employees working in any food service occupation, ServeSafe™ Essentials is the industry standard in food safety training.  This class provides accurate, up-to-date information for every employee level and covers all aspects of safe handling food – from receiving and storing, to preparing and serving.

In addition to public classes and individual training, CPCC also offers on-site training for groups of employees and interested businesses.
WHEN: November 16 & 17; 8:30 a.m. – 5p.m.

WHERE: CPCC Harris Campus, 3210 CPCC Harris Campus Dr., Charlotte, N.C.
