CPCC To Hold Interior Design Show

Top students from Central Piedmont Community College’s (CPCC) Interior Design program will be featured at an Interior Design Show scheduled for Friday, May 16 from 7:00-10:00 p.m. at Design Within Reach Studio (4310 Sharon Road – Suite 21). For more than 20 years, CPCC’s Interior Design program has hosted this formal event, which includes participation from more than 300 members of the architecture and design community in Charlotte.

The work of these top performing residential and commercial design program graduating students will be on show. The event will also include food and entertainment.

CPCC’s Interior Design program is one of the College’s fastest growing and popular programs. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for a variety of job opportunities in the fields of both residential and non-residential interior design. Curriculum content includes residential and non-residential interior design, architectural drafting, computer aided design, and universal design. Graduates quality for a number of jobs including residential and commercial interior design, set design, showroom design, and sales positions for furniture, textiles, and accessories, as well as all businesses dealing with interiors.
