2.07 Board of Trustees Bylaws: Adoption and Amendment

A. The adoption of these bylaws shall repeal any bylaws adopted formerly by the Board of Trustees.

B. Adoption of these bylaws shall be by affirmative vote of the majority of the Board of Trustees present at a regular meeting.

C. Amendments to these bylaws may be considered by the Board of Trustees at any meeting of the Board for which proper notice of the proposed amendment has been given.
