SACS Accreditation Updates
Central Piedmont Community College received its last reaffirmation of accreditation in 2003. The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools requires that an institution undergo reaccreditation every ten years; however, SACS asked to postpone the College's next accreditation. Thus, the College is now seeking reaffirmation of our accreditation for 2014.
Dr. Cathey Ross, Assistant to the Vice President for Learning, presented an update on the reaffirmation process and the Quality Enhancement Plan during the College's 2012 Fall Forum. View a video of the presentation to learn more.
