Article IX Adoption of the Corporate Seal - Board of Trustees Bylaws

A corporate seal, consisting of a described device, is hereby adopted as the official seal of the Board of Trustees of Central Piedmont Community College. The corporate seal shall be maintained and on file in the Office of the Secretary of the Board (See also Article III).
