Registration & Fees
You must pre-register for AAAF classes. Please do not show up the first day of class.
Have your credit card ready when registering as payment is expected at that time. If you do not have access to a credit card and/or your department desires to be billed for your attendance, please explain to Customer Service when you call. You are not officially registered until payment has been received.
You will be asked for your SS# (if you are a previous student, the last 4 digits or you student ID number will be sufficient). This is a form of ID for official CPCC records and is necessary when viewing your records.
Registrations need to be made at least 24 hours before the class begins.
FAX registrations will not be accepted.
You may NOT register for these classes online.
Classes are eligible for a refund based on the following policy:
- 100% of tuition paid will be refunded by the College if the student officially withdraws prior to the first day of the class. Call customer service at 704.330.4223 to withdraw.
- If you do not withdraw and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
- Tuition will be refunded 100% for any classes canceled by the College.
Refunds are processed around the 10th of each month.
If extenuating circumstances prevent dropping a class prior to the start date, contact Mary Ferracci at 704-330-4117.
